WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) - A search for two missing children on Wausau’s north side didn’t last long. The children are seven and six years old, and were reported missing at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the vicinity of Merrill Avenue and Randolph Court.
The children were found unharmed at about 9:20 p.m. and returned to their families.
Law enforcement officials have not released additional information about the kids, or why they would have wandered off.
