WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU)   A Marathon County jail inmate who walked away during her work-release hours is now back in custody. Wausau police say they arrested 44-year-old Tracy Taylor without incident on Wednesday.

Taylor was a Huber Law inmate who was allowed to leave jail during work hours with a requirement that she return at night. She didn't return on January 3rd and hadn't been seen since.

The circumstances surrounding her re-capture have not been made public.

Taylor was serving a sentence on a charge of identity theft and misdemeanor bail jumping. She'll be back in court next Tuesday to face a felony escape charge.
