
ABBOTSFORD, Wis. (WSAU) -- An undercover drug investigation has caught a young man police believe is responsible for trafficking narcotics to central Wisconsin from Minnesota.
21-year-old Joshua King was arrested January 21st on Highway 29 near Abbotsford, after an informant told police King was making another drug run. When King was stopped, officers found a large amount of cash and marijuana in the car. They also found drug paraphernalia. In addition, King is charged with selling cocaine to a police informant on three different occasions.
King will be in Marathon county court today for a pretrial conference. He has been held in jail on a $5,000 cash bond since his arrest.
