UNDATED (WSAU)  A Wisconsin Rapids woman who threatened a court administrator in a social security case was sentenced to three years probation. 51-year-old Norma Prince said she was going to "cut and shoot the head off" of administrative judge Thomas Stanzi. He was reviewing her claim of a mental health disability for social security benefits. On the way out of the hearing, she asked if a security guard would shoot her.

Prince was sentenced in federal court yesterday. Her attorney said she's had a lifetime of mental health problems. She was off her medication at the time of the threat, and didn't intend to act on it.

Prince was also ordered not to possess any firearms or gamble. Her case will be reevaluated if she stays in a mental health program.
