WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAU) -- One of the two individuals accused of robbing the former Wolf’s Grocery in Marshfield was found guilty Tuesday.

18-year-old Cordell Ellingson of Arpin entered a no-contest plea on theft and delinquency of a minor charges in Wood County Court.

According to the complaint, Ellingson encouraged a 13-year-old boy to wear a mask and rob the store on July 15th of last year. You may remember he wasn’t successful, as store owner Marge Wolf told him he could only have Tootsie Rolls, but no cash.

The 13-year-old is being handled in juvenile court. Marge Wolf closed her store last year to retire, and passed away March 7th.
