HUDSON, Wis (WSAU) -- There’s another face in the race for Congress from Wisconsin’s 7th district.
Mike Krsiean says he’s running as Democrat for the seat currently held by Congressman Sean Duffy, and his campaign slogan is “Big is Bad." According to Krsiean, “We need to kick the big banks and the big corporations out of the Federal government. We also need to look at eliminating the Federal Reserve and income taxes.”
Krsiean considers himself a “JFK Democrat” who can win the support of open-minded voters from both major political parties. Krsiean says, “Kennedy wanted smaller government. He wanted to restore civil rights to the people, to stick up for the average citizen, not the big interests in Washington.”
The Hudson-area farmer will face Ashland’s Kelly Westland in the Democrat Party primary on August 12th.
