TOWN OF MAINE, Wis (WSAU) Marathon County sheriffs deputies are investigating an overturned vehicle on County Road U. A passing driver came upon the pick-up truck that had overturned around 2am this morning near 28th Avenue, but it had been abandoned. No driver or passengers could be found.
Deputies were investigating whether the occupants had been ejected. They searched in the dark but found nothing.
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the Marathon County Sheriffs Department at 715-261-1200. In Wisconsin it's illegal not to report an accident or to leave the scene of a crash.
