CRANDON, Wis. (WSAU) -- One person is dead and two others are hospitalized after a traffic crash Sunday afternoon.
Forest County Sheriff’s Department investigators say the single-vehicle crash happened on Old 8 Road in the Town of Crandon at 1:03 p.m.
The Forest County medical examiner pronounced one person dead at the scene. The other two are at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander with serious injuries.
Names and crash details have not been released. Forest County deputies and the Wisconsin State Patrol are continuing the investigation.
