
MINOCQUA, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Minocqua teenager is now facing charges after a puppy ate his pot brownie. 17-year-old Shelton Thornton admitted to dropping the brownie, and the young dog ate it.
The puppy was taken to an area animal hospital for treatment.
Thornton will be in Oneida County Circuit Court for an initial appearance November 10th at 2:30 p.m. He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and giving poison to an animal. Thornton is presently free on a $1,500 signature bond.
