
WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) - Wausau Mayor Jim Tipple is encouraging people to ride with him to work for the second annual “Bike to Work with Mayor Tipple” event.
Tipple, along with members of the Bike and Pedestrian Committee will be riding along the West side of the city toward City Hall. The event starts at St Anne's School on Bridge Street at 7 am. From there, the Mayor will lead riders the 2 miles to City Hall along Bridge Street and 3rd Street. A grab and go breakfast will be on offer for riders who came with.
All riders are asked to come equipped with a good, working condition bike and a bike helmet.
