KRONENWETTER, WI (WSAU) - The people of the Village of Kronenwetter have voted on a name for a village park.
Village officials hosted a naming contest for the park on Tower Road on their Facebook site, and voters overwhelmingly chose Towering Pines Park as the winner.The park is at the corner of Pine Road and Tower Road, and has plenty of pine trees and a water tower.
Community Development Director Randy Fifrick says, “It’s an ideal name for the park.”
