
RHINELANDER, WI (WXPR) - Nobody was hurt, but a Rhinelander four-unit apartment building is a total loss after a Friday morning fire. Fire Chief Terry Williams said they got called out about 2 a.m. to the 200 block of West Hill drive on Rhinelander's west side. Williams said, “Once we got on the scene, the structure was fully involved. There were five occupants in the structure at the time. All of the occupants got out prior to our arrival. Three of them had to jump from second story windows. There are some minor injuries. People were transported to the hospital.”
Fire departments from the nearby towns of Newbold and Crescent assisted the Rhinelander Fire Department. Firefighters were on the scene until just after 5:30 Friday morning.
