PORT EDWARDS, WI (WSAU) - Wood County officials need help finding a missing Port Edwards woman. Deputies say 61-year-old Janet Webb went missing from the 46-hundred block of Lynn Hill Road in the Town of Port Edwards between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Webb has a Project Lifesaver bracelet, but it’s not working. A K-9 unit was called in to help find Webb, but it didn’t pick up her scent.
Janet Webb was last seen wearing a purple shirt and walking a small dog. She is an Alzheimers patient, so she may be confused. If anyone spots Webb, or someone that may be Webb, contact the Wood County Sheriff’s Department non-emergency number at 715-421-8702.
