KELLNER, Wis. (WSAU) - The best of the best water skiers have gathered again near Wisconsin Rapids. It’s the 47th Annual Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships on Lake Wazeecha near Kellner, east of Wisconsin Rapids.
There’s two days left of this four day water spectacle, which is easy to see at Red Sand Beach. The skiers feature everything from jumps to ballet lines, barefoot skiing, slalom, trick skiing, and wakeboarding.
The program begins at 6:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free, and there’s plenty of food and refreshments on the grounds.
