GRANTON, Wis. (WSAU) - 121 cows and calves are dead following a barn fire in Clark County.
Officials told WQOW-TV that the fire broke out Thursday night at Naedler's Farms near Granton. Four fire departments responded to the fire. Efforts to fight the fire were hampered by high winds fanning the flames. Several firefighters had to be treated for heat exhaustion.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The barn and three other structures on the property were a total loss.
