STEVENS POINT, Wis (WSAU) Some of the suspects arrested in Stevens Point for stealing from Wal Mart are facing additional charges for shoplifting from other stores.

41-year old Chad Wampole, 34-year-oldLeah Luedtke, 34-year-old Shawnya Goetz, and 21-year-old Jahn Tinglum were arrested last week after loading up shopping carts full of merchandise and trying to flee to a get-away car waiting in the parking lot at Crossroads Commons.

Now prosecutors are charging Goetz and Tinglum with the same crime at the Wisconsin Rapids Wal Mart. Wampole and Luedtke have similar store-theft charges pending in Marathon, Sauk and Juneau Counties.

Police believe the shoplifted items were being sold to buy meth and heroin.
