
STEVENS POINT, Wis (WSAU) The Wisconsin Special Olympics came to an end yesterday (Sunday) on the UW-Stevens Point campus. It's one of the largest state-games in the country.
This year more than 2,000 athletes took part. They were assisted by more than 600 volunteers.
This is the 35th year the event has been held in Stevens Point.
The national Special Olympics are coming up June 14th to June 21st in New Jersey.
