MADISON, Wis. (WSAU) -- The mother and son drug dealers from Lac du Flambeau have been sentenced for their crimes.
54-year-old Lois Vetterneck and her son Brandon were convicted of selling Oxycodone pills to undercover officers on three occasions.
U.S District Judge Barbara Crabb sentenced 27-year-old Brandon Vetterneck two weeks ago to 40 months for distributing Oxycodone pills from his mother’s house.
Crabb gave Lois Vetterneck a year of probation for her role in the drug sales. Crabb took into consideration a past clean record, her need to care for three young children, and Vetterneck’s other health issues.
Vetterneck has already been evicted from her rented residence because of the drug charges.
