
RUDOLPH, Wis. (WSAU) -- Two people remain hospitalized after a weekend car crash near Rudolph.
Wood County deputies were called to 3rd Avenue in the Town of Rudolph late Saturday afternoon, where a driver lost control of the vehicle after driving onto the shoulder. 16-year-old driver Cassandra Sunderland of Wisconsin Rapids overcorrected, and the vehicle overturned several times.
16-year-old passenger Mckennah Corry of Wisconsin Rapids was ejected from the vehicle, and is hospitalized at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. Sunderland remains hospitalized at Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.
