
WESTON, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Weston man has been given a citation after a teenager drove a vehicle into a house Saturday.
The crash around 6 o’clock Saturday evening involved a 13-year-old girl driving an SUV into the porch of a Weston house. There were three passengers, and police say one of the adult passengers had an open intoxicant. The girl’s mother's fiance was also a passenger, and he was cited for permitting an unlicensed minor to drive.
The girl and one of the passengers was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. A third person who was on the porch was also evaluated for minor injuries.
Names have not been released. The crash remains under investigation.
