TOWN OF KING, Wis (WSAU) Nine people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Lincoln County. It happened around 12:30pm at the intersection of Highway 51 and Highway 8.
The state patrol says one vehicle, with a driver and four passengers inside, was trying to cross Highway 8 to turn onto Highway 51 northbound when it was struck by another vehicle carrying a driver and three passengers.
Both vehicles remained upright, and none of the injuries required hospitalization.
The driver of the second vehicle has been cited for not yielding the right of way and for operating without insurance. No names have been released.
