OWEN, Wis. (WSAU) -- Authorities have released the name of the Clark County teenager killed in a Sunday morning traffic crash. He was 16-year-old Marvin W. High.
Clark County Sheriff’s investigators say High was westbound on Meridian Avenue when a southbound vehicle driven by 21-year-old Elizabeth A. Breu failed to yield at a stop sign at 26th Road. The collision caused both vehicles to enter ditches, striking two different utility poles. This intersection southeast of Owen is also known as Spokeville.
Marvin High was pronounced dead at the scene. Elizabeth Breu was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield for treatment.
