STRATFORD, Wis. (WSAU) - Highway 97 was closed for a while Monday night, as crash reconstruction teams investigated a four-vehicle accident near Marathon County Highway C.
Marathon County authorities say one adult female died in the crash, and that one man and one woman were taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield for treatment. The crash happened at 5:09 p.m. in the Town of Day.
Authorities expect to release more information later Tuesday morning.
